He is survived by: his wife Karla McMullin (Shaner); his children, Charles "Eddie" McMullin (Jenna) of Monroe City and Melanie Ann McMullin of Monroe City; his sister Lou Ann Cardinal (Tony) of Lake Placid, FL; and his grandchildren, Karly Neighbors, Amelia Arthur, Bain McMullin and Katelyn Grubb.
