He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene C. Philo and Delores Philo (Ellison). He is survived by: his former wife Jennifer; his sons, Terry J. Philo of Monon and John A. Philo (Crystal) of Monon; his brothers, Eugene A. Philo of West Lafayette and James L. Philo of Monticello; his granddaughter Analeigha; and his close friend Dwayne Harrison of Monticello.
