He was predeceased by: his father Glen W. Rice; his wife Donna J. Rice; and his brother Thomas Rice. He is survived by: his children, Michael L. Rice (Elizabeth) of Monticello, Gary Rice (Connie) of Monon and Nancy Scroggs (Patrick) of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Bedford Cemetery Association, Monon Fire Department, or to the First Presbyterian Church of Monticello.
