He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lowe and Edith Lowe (Burnau); his wife Judy Kay Lowe (Mackey); and his sisters, Virginia Spencer, Patricia Smith, Betty Roeschlein, Janice Lear, Mary Hall, Hazel Marzke, Linda Lowe and Nancy Hendress-Stover.
He is survived by: his sister Sylvia Lear of Monon; and his stepdaughters, Janey M. Hoerneman (Thomas Ford), Sandra L. Ehrlich and Tracy Kingery (Wayne). He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren, numerous Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.
