"Terry" Conwell (Buffalo) of Monticello; his children, Kim Hornback (Jarret) of Monon, Indiana and Wes Conwell (Emma) of Monon, Indiana; his grandchildren, Abby Watkins (Anthony) of Brookston, Cole Hornback of Monon, Kayla Hornback of Monon and Carly Conwell of Kokomo, Indiana; his brothers, Randy Conwell (Linda) of Chalmers and Greg Conwell of Buffalo, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Becky Minniear of Buffalo, Indiana. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.
