He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johnson and Anna Johnson (Martin); and his siblings, Scott Johnson, Tom Martin and Mary Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his wife Paula J. Mahaffey; his children, Kristy Johnson of Clarksville, FL, Riley Mosby (Brianna) of Whitestown, Katie Johnson of Monticello, Christopher Johnson (Ashley) of Burnettville and Jeramy Johnson (Brittany) of Francesville; his brother Carl Dean Johnson of Monticello; his grandchildren, Spencer, Grace, Laney, Sawyer, Aria, Canann, Carmen, Addy, Tynleigh, Sophia, Allivia and Madison; and his pets, Leroy and Maggie.
Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
