He is survived by: his wife Mariana of Tobar; his sons, Luciano Tobar Alfaro of El Salvador, Wilfredo Tobar Afaro of Monon and Osmin Tobar Afaro (Yesenia Cruz) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Javier Cruz, Katherine Tobar, Estefani Tobar, Jonathan Tobar, Ashly Tobar and Daniel Tobar; and his great grandchild Mateo Navarro.
