He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Luttrell; his children, Carolyn Schneegas (Stormy), John Smith (Yvette), Shannon Ferguson, Carl Smith (Jennifer) and Jim Smith (Angela); and his grandchildren, James Schneegas, Marissa Wright of John, PJ Minier, Tiffany Smith, Carl Smith Jr., Vanessa Clapp, Skyler Smith, Savanna Smith, Shaylin Smith, Monica Nance, Haylie Nance and Jazmine Gaskill. He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
