He was predeceased by: his father Thomas D. Cook. He is survived by: his children, Patricia "Pat" Cook Marital (Hancock), Married Resided and Jeff; his wife Geneva Cook of Monon, Indiana; his children, Sandra "Sandy" Hurd (Ryan) of Burnettsville, Amanda Cook of Buffalo and Scott Cook (Nicole) of Rensselaer, Indiana; his grandchildren, Brody Hurd, Addison Hurd, Jenna Shidler, Gary Ludwig and Chance Ludwig; his mother Pat Cook of Brook, Indiana; his siblings, Kay Cook of Brook, Indiana and John Cook (Renee) of Flowery Branch, Georgia; and his pets, Rastist, Astro, Moose and Reggie. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.
