He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sparks and Katherine Sparks (Sausaman); and his sisters, Sondra Criswell, Linda Gallinger and Angie Sparks.
He is survived by: his children, Stamie Sommers (Chuck) of Idaville, Jarrod Sparks (Stephanie Mattix) of Monon and Justin Sparks (Kristen) of Monon; his grandchildren, Ethan Sparks, Kobie Sparks of Monon and Elly Sparks of Francesville; his sister Louise Spange (Kenny) of Monticello; and his brother-in-law Bill Criswell of Idaville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins along with so many special friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello (202 S Illinois St, Monticello, IN 47960). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
