He is survived by: his wife Howetta Ann Heath (Fleck); his sons, Joseph Edward (Kathy) and Jeffrey Thomas (Cynthia); his stepdaughters, Patricia Bawcum (John) and Donna Rothfeldt (Greg); his grandchildren, Jeremy Heath (Amber), Jennifer Heath, Natisha Heath, Ashley Heath, Ariel Heath, Glorianna Heath and Joshua Heath; his great grandchildren, Claire Heath and Addison Minnick; and the mother of his children Joan Elizabeth Heath.
