We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2024, at the age of 66, Jeryl D. Smith of Modoc, Indiana, born in Richmond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Smith; and his grandparents, Marion and Ethel Short. He is survived by: his mother Roberta Smith (Short); his children, Eric Smith (Misty) and Melissa Wise (Ryan); his grandchildren, Andrew Pheffer, Riley Smith (Stone), Owen Wise and Nolan Wise; and his siblings, Belinda Goble (Jeff), Tammy McCool (Spencer), Gloria Manuel (Jim), James Smith (Lavina) and Bryan Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
