He is survived by: his wife Merri Beth Allen; his children, Chelsie Waymire (Tyler), Kristy Allen, Kelly Allen, Amy Sue Lee, Anne Mann, Virginia Fisher (Scott), Joseph Allen and Homer Lee Allen, Jr.; and his brother Ernest Allen (Jonell). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
