Helen Cates Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2020, at the age of 91, Helen Cates (Modoc, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Clevenger and Idris Clevenger (Wood); her husband Rex; and her brothers, Donald, Max, Gordon and Keith Clevenger.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Cates (Jane) of North Canton, OH, Brian Cates (Angela) of Modoc, IN and Randy Cates (Janet) of Modoc, IN; her grandchildren, Marcus Cates (Nicole), Stefanie Cates, Stacy Pickard (Mark), Tyler Cates (Cortney), Logan Cates (Leslie), Natalie Winegardner (Tyler), Garett Cates and Tanner Cates; her brother Jim Clevenger (Jean Ann); and her sister-in-law Marilu Clevenger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to guidelines established by the State of Indiana in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, private family services will be held.
