He was predeceased by: his father Ray Lumpkin; his brother Lowell Lumpkin; and his sister-in-law Dee Lumpkin. He is survived by: his mother LaVora Lumpkin (Rhinehart); his wife Sandi Lumpkin; his children, Eric Lumpkin (Katy) and Emily Hines (Dave); his granddaughter Petra Hines; and his brothers, Ernest Lumpkin and Everett Lumpkin (Cindy). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces & nephews.
