He is survived by: his siblings, George Shaffer of Pittsburgh, TX and Susie Turner of Winchester; his nieces and nephews, Farley Shaffer (Kathy) of Arlington, TX, Dave Shaffer (Sheryl) of Pine, CO, Doug Shaffer (Tara) of Steamboat Springs, CO, Liz Shaw (Jerry) of Farmland, Tim Smith (Jill) of Indianapolis and Melissa Smith of Winchester; and his close friend Ross Buckman of Anderson.
