He is survived by: his wife Marianne McNeely of Mitchell; his children, William J. Luttrell (Carmen) and Kathy Jo Luttrell (Jim Cravens) of Mitchell; his grandchildren, William Chaz Luttrell, Savannah Marie Cravens, Emily Nicole Craens and Jakobi William Cravens; his great grandchild William Bentley Luttrell; and his sisters, Connie Mann (John) of Versailles and Judy Hall.
