He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter H. and Hazel E. Rager, Sr. (Rodgers); his son-in-law Jeff Jolley; and his brother Robert Rager. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rager of Mitchell; his children, Monte Rager (Pat Atkinson) of Orleans Delores and Jolley (Scott) of Mitchell Kim; his granddaughters, Meghann, Mia, Lauren, Kenia, Mackenzie and Aften; and his sister Wanda Murphy. He is also survived by ten ten great grandchildren.
