He was predeceased by: his father Burl R.. He is survived by: his mother Lois M. Terrell, Jr. (Ratliff) of Mitchell; his children, Kimberly Terrell of Mitchell, Adam Terrell of California, Shannon Terrell of Mitchell and Dustin "Mike" Terrell of Mitchell; his close friend Patricia Elkins of Mitchell; his sister Sharon Ball of Mitchell; and the mother of his children Sharlene K. Anderson of Avoca. He is also survived by several grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
