He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee and Virginia Johnson (Donica); his daughter Kimberly Lee; and his brother Larry Lee. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Pridemore (Ron) of Campbellsburg and Deena Lee of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Brian Cazee, Justin Cazee and Samantha Cazee; his great grandchildren, Jason Montgomery, Jaxz Montgomery, Mason Cazee and Brantly McCart; and his sisters, Betty Jo Grissom of Mitchell, Linda "Susie" Gregory of Bedford and Cathy Hughett of Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
