It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Louise Mounce of Mitchell, Indiana, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dick Milligan and Goldie Milligan (Holt); her husband Charles Mounce; her sons, Jeffrey Mounce (Terri) of Mitchell and Brian "Duke" Mounce of Mitchell; and her siblings, Brenda Luchauer of Mitchell, Betty Fox of Mitchell, LouEtta Sullivan, Tom Milligan and Fay Holt. She was also cherished by three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
