She is survived by: her husband Davey Perkins; her children, Davey Perkins (Allitia), Creassia Blackburn (Walter) and Samuel Perkins (Amy); her siblings, Mary Hall (Frank), Sammy Meade (Bonnie) and Emma Hurd; her grandchildren, Alysha, Alex, Brooklyn, Katie, Jacob, John Perkins, Chloe, Kaylynn Aikins and Zach Blackburn; and her great grandchild Makinsley Blackburn.
