She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Russell and Doris Russell (Survance); and her husband Jack D. Leatherman. She is survived by: her caregivers, Betty and Dale Briner of Mitchell; her brother Alan Russell of Mitchell; her stepmother Mary Lee Russell; and her stepbrothers, Steve Lofland and Randy Lofland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chastain Funeral Home (705 W Warren St, Mitchell, IN 47446). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center (705 W Warren St, Mitchell, IN 47446). A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Lawrenceport Cemetery.
