With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rowanna Mae Lupher of Mitchell, Indiana, who passed away on May 12, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Chastain and Mary Nettie Chastain (Fields); her husband Ronald Edmund Lupher; and her sister Marilyn Madge Cauble. She is survived by: her children, Ronald P. Lupher (Dawn) of Mitchell, Karla J. Wininger (Greg Archer) of French Lick and Darla A. Schneider Jones (Larry) of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Kerstin Hart (Jim), Nicholas Street (Chrissy), Jessica Wininger, Justin Wininger (Randi), Jason Wininger (Christyna) and RJ Ronald Lupher; her great grandchildren, Aurora Frank, Lily Street, Emma Cougler, Kaylee Brooking and Avery Wininger; and her siblings, Curtis Eugene Chastain, Pauline LaVerne Wilkinson and Rev. Claude Chastain, Jr.. She is also survived by mother who loved her kids and grandkids.
