He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Higgs and Orpha Higgs (Burton); his children, Tobey Trinnette Stroud and Edgar Paul Bunch; and his sister Shirley Rayhill.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Higgs of Mitchell; his children, Robert Eugene Bunch, Jr. (Grace) of Mitchell and Kaylee Jo Whaley (Lamont) of Hillham; his grandchild Nazaryha Turner of Mitchell; his son-in-law Gary Stroud (Kelly) of Williams; and his siblings, Robert Higgs (Ida) of Mitchell, Betty Brim and Virginia Morris.
