He is survived by: his children, Rogetta Kay Sinclair of Mitchell, Michael DeWayne Tanksley (Marcia) of Solsberry, Tammy Sue Evers of Mitchell and Timothy Joe Tanksley (Michelle) of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Scott Sinclair, Ryan Sinclair (Tasheena), Adam Sinclair (Kristen), Haley Bultman (Nick), Allyson Tanksley, Meghan Evers and Clayton Evers; his great grandchild Nikah Sinclair; and his siblings, Ralph Tanksley (Kay) of Mitchell, John Raymond Tanksley, Ruth Sipes, Rowenna Elrod, Roland Tanksley, Russell Tanksley, Rex Tanksley and Ronald Tanksley.
