He was predeceased by: his wives, Joanne Lalone of Carthage, NY and Shirley Tuper; and his brother James Liebfred. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Merrick of Mitchell, Deborah Rubert (Felix) of Harker Heights, TX, Kelley Burkum (Tim) of Potsdam, NY and Richard Liebfred, Jr. of Winthrop, NY; and his brother William. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and four step children.
