She was predeceased by: her father Danny Collins. She is survived by: her mother Carol Collins (Medlock); her husband Brian McIntosh; her daughter Brianne McIntosh; her sisters, Mary Ellen Strange (Jonathan) of Mitchell and Angela Wilson (Russell) of Mitchell; her nephew Braxton Strange; and her nieces, Hannah Strange, Taylor Strange and Natasha Kemple.
