He is survived by: his wife Marlene Tincher of Mitchell; his son Timothy L. Tincher (Lisa) of Lebanon Phillip; his grandchildren, Rachel E. Glass, Timothy P. Tincher and Kinley M. Tincher; his sister Doris Sheeks; and his brother-in-law Roy L. "Bud" Smith (Linda) of Bedford.
