With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Payot Oneal Scheibe II of Mitchell, Indiana, who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Payot Oneal Sr. and Thelma H. Scheibe (Cooper); and his daughter Freda Ann Scheibe. He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Kathleen Scheibe of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Alex Speer, Adryanna Wedgewood and Treyton Phillips; his sister Sharron Gaye Lindsey (John) of Geneva, IN.; and his daughter Julie Dawn Kidd. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
