It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Jo Meadows of Mitchell, Indiana, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Leonard and Jenny Leonard (Edwards); and her daughter Brittany D. Meadows. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Meadows of Mitchell; her children, James P. Meadows (Emilee) of Bedford and Gena R. Maddox of Wyoming; her grandchildren, Camden, Haley and Lindsey; and her brother Larry Leonard (Francie) of Mitchell.
