He is survived by: his sons, Michael Patrick Weyer, Bart Allen Weyer and Weston Lawless LeRoy; his grandchildren, Christopher, Ian, Cameron, Dilycia, Baily and Hayden; and his siblings, Diana Clark of Dale, Eugene LeRoy, Robert "Bob" LeRoy, Steve LeRoy, Jan LeRoy, Barbara Seneff, Sue Cooper and JoAnne Balsmeyer.
