He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenmore Oliver and Helen Maxine Ramey (Mayden); and his brother Donovan G. Ramey. He is survived by: his children, Richard Scott Ramey (Linda) of Clermont and Susan Ramey Johnson of Florida; his granddaughter Chloe Grace Ramey; and his son Donovan Glen Ramey.
