She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chester Carter and Mable Carter; her daughter Caroline Carter; her brother James Carter; her granddaughter Teri Miessen; and her daughter Tammy Miessen. She was also cherished by four great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Apostolic Church to assist with funeral expenses.
