She was predeceased by: her mother Nell Davis; her husband Charles Weir; and her sisters, Ruth Knowles and Mary Greiner. She is survived by: her children, Dr. C. Douglas Weir (Carol) of Mitchell and Elizabeth Brown (Philip) of Charlotte. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
