He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Keith and Bertha Flynn (Owens); his siblings, Thelma Morrow, Marie Rogers, Desda Gray, Thurman and Johnny Keith; his children, Kathy Hatcher and Rickie Keith; and his grandsons, Randy and Robert Hatcher.
He is survived by: his children, Patty Keith of Indianapolis, Amelia Cooper (Greg) of Bedford, Lionel Keith (Julie) of Bedford and Cindy Kissinger of Springville; his close friend Linda Keith of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Brenda Keith, Kyle Keith (Jerrica), Meghan Carmichael, Marci Sullivan (Ethan), Brandon Umphress, Robert Nathaneil Lee (Shelby Lee), Whitney Nicole Lee, Allen D. Albertson, Misty L. Joyner, Tony J. Mae, James L. Self, Jr., Jamie L. Self, Carmen Hatcher and James Cornell; and his brother Arnold Keith of Lexington, KY.. He is also survived by twenty-four great grandchildren.
