He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Malott and Violet Malott (Smith); his wife Carole Ann Coots; and his sister Martina Robinson. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy McVay of Campbellsburg; his stepson Greg Tolbert (Lauren) of Campbellsburg; his grandchildren, Isaiah McVay (Luis) of Mitchell Heather and Tiffany Pruett (Clifford) of Mitchell; his sister Alicia Miller; his stepdaughter Tracy Jo Tolbert; and his grandson Harley McVay. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
