He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Dixon and Roxy Irene Russell (York); his wife Barbara Ikerd; and his siblings, Della Knight, Patty Alberts, Marvin Dixon, Jim Russell and Brian Russell.
He is survived by: his son Aaron Dixon (Heather Woods) of Bedford; his granddaughter Alecea Clendening of Bloomington; and his siblings, Dora Wittmer of Evansville, Becky Crosby of Mitchell, Phil Dixon (Susan) of Oolitic, Mike Russell of Bedford, Jack Russell of North Vernon and Roger Russell (Sharon) of Mitchell.
The family requests that guests wear masks for the safety of everyone.
