He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Goben, Sr. and Lucy Goben (McCubbins); and his brother-in-law Jim Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Chandler; his sons, Jeffrey Goben of Kentucky and Kenneth Goben, III of Kentucky; his stepsons, Joe Hall (Nechole) of Bedford, Dan Hall (Dawn) of Norman, Dustin Gabhart of Bedford and Tabatha Gabhart of Bedford; his grandchildren, Levi, Jacob (Autumn Hall), Gage (Gretta Gabhart), Luke Martin (Emma York) and Sara (Derick Goben); his great grandchild Elijah; his siblings, Charlotte Cooper of Kentucky, Ronnie Goben, Donnie Goben of Kentucky, Sherry Wright of Kentucky, Terry Goben of Tennessee, Haley and Eeyore; and his pet Baby.
