She is survived by: her mother Angela Mae Collard (DuBois) of Bedford; her wife Jessica Hope Cazee-Collard of Bedford; her children, Mason Clark, Collyns Clark and Holden Clark; her brothers, Wayne David Collard, Jr. (Bethany Jean) of Bloomington and Kevin Wayne Collard (Della) of Pekin; her grandparents, Bill and Sandy DuBois of Ramsey; her aunts and uncles, Sandra Nourie (Richard) of Bloomington, Nachelle Pearson (Jarod) of Corydon and Jennifer Hammond (Justin) of Louisville; her nieces and nephews, Luciana Kate Collard, Lawson David Collard, Austin Collard, Wyatt Collard and Cheyanne Collard; her cousins, Chase Nourie (Cortni), Miya Nourie (Bobby Swain), Rowan Pearson, Kennedy Pearson, Landon Pearson and Josh DuBois (Richard); and her pets, Mando and Freya.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center (705 W Warren St, Mitchell, IN 47446).
