She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Karns and Anna Dean Karns (Yager); her son Kelly Caruso; her granddaughter Brittnay Caruso-Hubbard; and her siblings, Loyle Karns, Marion Karns, Anita Merrell and Earleen Ulrey.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Caruso of Mitchell and Randell Caruso of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Kurt, Christina, Nick, Savannah, Grayson and Scott Michael; and her siblings, Anna Lee Biehl and Lowell Dean Karns. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
