He is survived by: his children, Becky Crosby of Mitchell, Mike Russell of Detroit, Jack Russell of North Vernon and Roger Russell (Sharon) of Mitchell; and his stepchildren, Dora Wittmer of Evansville, Larry Dixon of Mitchell and Phillip Dixon (Susan) of Oolitic. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
