He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Winford "Speck" and Bertha Mary Allen (Mann); and his siblings, Lana Allen, Patty Leonard, Peggy Earl, Jan Deckard and Jon Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Marie McNeely; his children, April Isom (Greg), Jon Allen (Kim), Angela Luther (Ray) and Jeremiah Allen; his grandchildren, Jon Carl Isom (Cari), Thomas Isom (Delanie), Victoria Burris (Ben), Leyton Allen, Joe Luther, Nico Luther, Dallys Allen, Dayton and Cleo; his great grandchildren, Norah, Charlotte Isom, Fynleigh and Raegyn Deckard; and his sister Portia Chapman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
