He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Terrell of Mitchell; his son Douglas Clem of Bedford; his stepchildren, Josh Roll (Brooke) of Mitchell, Dallas Roll (Shannon) of Bedford and Sandi England of Mitchell; his brothers, Fred Clem of Mitchell and Carl Clem (Brenda) of North Carolina; his stepsiblings, Jerry Zearbaugh (Norma) of Selma, Brent Geary (Carla) of Florida, Darlene Shigley (George) of Muncie and Brenda Dunbar (Dana) of Mitchell; and his siblings, Mary Box, Melody Henderson and Jimmy Zearbaugh.
