He is survived by: his daughter Ila Freeman (Debbie) of Mitchell Andy; his daughter-in-law Theresa Pemberton; his siblings, Alan Pemberton of Oklahoma City and Ellen Jean Hoover of Oklahoma; his sons, Michael Pemberton and Eddie Pemberton; and his siblings, Charles Pemberton and Carol Watson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren 33 great grandchildren several great-great grandchildren.
