He is survived by: his spouse Delorah LaDuke (Williams); his daughters, Tammy Arthur (Brent Toliver) of Mitchell, Kimberly Fortin of Kouts, IN, Lisa Misuraca (Pete) of Powell, OH and Dee Mitchell (Mike) of Rochester, IN; his grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Kacy, Elliott, Garrett, Karli, Dominic, Cara, Lina and Reno; his great grandchildren, Kori of Elsi and Yali; and his sisters, Shirley Kendall, Charlotte Grissom, Bonnie Burton, Sharon Sands and Darlene Miller. He is also survived by his parents, wife.
