It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francie Louise Leonard of Mitchell, Indiana, born in Loogootee, Indiana, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stormy Cissell and Lettie Cissell (Pluris); her siblings, Sarah Spalding (late Jerry), Patricia Cissell, Rebecca Franklin (Jeff) and Ronnie Cissell; her husband Larry Leonard; her children, Curt Day (Lori), Marci Arthur (Scott) and Todd Leonard; her grandchildren, Evan Day (Lindsey), Riley Voorhies (Zac), Dylan Arthur, Kinley Day and Shealyn Arthur; and her great grandchildren, Harlow, Emmitt and Hayes Day.
