She is survived by: her husband Larry Haase of Sneedville, Tennesse; her children, Stephanie Canfield (Alan) of Bedford, Amanda Terrell (Brian) of Mitchell and Steven Terrell (Pamela) of Mitchell; her stepchildren, Erick Haase of Tennessee and Jacqulyn Haase of Tennessee; her granddaughters, Mackenzy Haase of Tennessee and Kynlynn Haase of Tennessee; her father Roger Dale Dotts, Sr. of Mitchell; and her siblings, Tonya Prewitt (Howard) of Mitchell, Virginia "Jenny" Davis (Brady) of Heltonville and Roger Dotts, Jr. (Anna) of Mitchell. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
