He is survived by: his wife Jana Earl of Mitchell; his sons, Mikel Earl (Kim) of Mitchell and Tyler Earl (Candie) of Mitchell; his grandchildren, James Brown, Paris Earl, Kody Earl, Harli Earl and Waylon Earl; and his sister Angie Slaughter (Adrian) of Mitchell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
