We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2025, at the age of 71, Donna Jean Chapman in Mitchell, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Donna Jean's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Donna Jean has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Austin and Marjorie Austin (Gaines); her spouse Thomas Oran Chapman; and her brother Tommy Austin. She is survived by: her son Tony Spradlin (Dana) of Campbellsburg; her brothers, Mike Austin of Mitchell and Jack Austin of Mitchell; and her son Larry Spradlin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
